

Solutions Architect – Governance & Security
Type: Contract to Perm (Start with 3 months (can be extended another 3 months or perm)
About:
- Need to get the service desk up to scratch.
- Take the load of the current IT Manager.
- Support the IT Manager with the General IT Operations of the Services Desk Company's IT Operations
- Push the IT and operations and take over general operations - support to +- 130 stores.
- Get the IT Department POPI Compliance
- Engage with suppliers and support the “service support desk”
- Must have extensive service desk experience
- Goof understanding of Service Desk – Security – Help with POPI Compliance, Security controls.
- Work on Strategic Projects – IT End to end
- Solutions Architect – understands IT
- Good Umbrella knowledge
- IT Governance and Security control
- Get the IT division fully POPPI Compliance
- Engage with Suppliers
- Supplier Management and operations
- Must have strong end to end IT understanding.
