Functional Specialist: Solutions Architect – Sales Value Stream
Minimum Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree level Engineering / Finance
- Advantageous: Industry recognised Solution Architecture certificate
- Advantageous: TOGAF / COBIT or related
- Advantageous: Scaled Agile Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of solution design and business analysis
- Proficient in the assessment of business objectives, formulating solution options & driving stakeholder support
- Leading workshops to assess business requirements and discussing solution design
- Business Analysis
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with either of combined:
- CRM,
- SPM (Service Parts Management),
- CPQ (Configure Price Quote Solutions)
- Ideally Salesforce
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology (or similar agile methodology)
- Knowledge of vendor roadmaps, new developments, and new product offerings
- Experience in multiple industries and across several disciplines
- Experience working as a solution architect in a global IT services provider organisation
- Establishing value-stream and product aligned solution architecture
- Business process management to support the rapid design, delivery, and improvement of digital products
- Embed a capability where products are designed and architected with the user experience at its heart
- Driven from an employee journey and service perspective for the Sales Operations value stream
- Ensure solutions are designed in line with the Enterprise Architecture roadmaps
- Aligned to appropriate best practices, standards, and methodologies
- Support Product Management teams to identify the value of products being delivered
- Products delivered in the context of the product roadmaps for the Sales Operations value streams
- Adhere to the SAFe methodology in all aspects of work
- Attendance at daily stand-up meetings.
- Adhere to the Company’s Solution Architecture framework in all aspects of work.
- Use client business requirements to advise on the design, deployment, and operation of application infrastructures.
